Meet Edwina and Eddie... my BFF knows how much I love ducks, she was so sweet to add these to my collection... ironically enough, didn't another friend unknowingly give me Eddie's soul mate Leona, several months later... Eddie was so thrilled to have some one his own size to pick on...
Eddie was just a bit intimidated by Edwina... he is so much happier with Leona... if they would just look at each other I might even get some offspring out of them...
Let me introduce you to the other members of the family... Maisie and Andrew... can you tell which one Andrew is... yeap he's the one squacking... he wants dinner and he wants it now... he best be looking for a new home... I explained I was learning how to blog, he just doesn't get it... slow learner
Maisie is protecting the old doll buggy bottom... I found at a GS for 5.00... I met the woman that owned it as a child and she was so thrilled that I was going to give it a new home... it had lived in the barn for over 60 some years... all I did was brush the dust off... I just loved it just the way it was...
Now this is an interesting pair... I always try to tell a story when I display God's creatures... they were warned if they didn't start getting along they were going to be a new decoration in the firepot... a few bald spots later, I think they have it all figured out now...
