this is the first thing my eyes spotted walking into the thrift store... when I turned it over to look at the price I snatched it up immediately... for .99 cents how could I refuse... the hands needed to be pushed back on and a new battery added and it is keeping time perfectly... I am not overly wild about the burgandy part of this but it has potential if I decide to change that colour...
the little wooden box found a home amongst more clocks...
now how many signed pottery pieces does a girl need... $2.00
handmade and wood... another weakness of mine... this will look cute redone... $2.00
remember this sweet little rusty wagon, this is what I had in mind for it when I bought it... this was an easy placement, now if the other things were just this easy
the full view...
the blue firkin bucket was another easy placement... just the right size
the butter paddle found a nice spot on this shelf...
the memo phone found a home on this shelf...
oh what was I thinking... too many butter churns...
somedays I wish things were all overpriced so they don't end up in my house...
at least the stool found a home for now...
this corner is getting way too crowded
note the old paint brush added to this shelf...
this is where the Epson Salt tin landed in my washroom...
the cow bell was added to these other two...
As you can see shelves are abundant in my house... where else do you put all those treasures you hoard drag home.
Hope you all have a great day... weather is going to be a scorcher today... we are having a major heat wave here today... a mix of rain, muggy and high of 30C (85F) and 41 (104F) with the humidex.
There goes my plans to get some gardening done. I actually put the air on for the first time this summer. I guess I am going to be cooped up inside for the day... I hate when that happens.
Stay cool...
Hugs,

Love how that blue bucket looks with it's new friends!
and the paint brush, looks right at home, does the phone, and that wonderful stool!
My brain is on overload. I feel like I'm taking one of those quizzes, where you look at a lot of things, then try to recall them! hahahah
You're really good at what you do!
stay cool. I have sawing to do, I suppose I will do it first thing tomorrow morning before it gets too hot.

Love where you put your treasures, are the old clocks set for special times from your life or just where they stopped? The butter churns and the Hoosier cabinet love those, I bet I would love going on a memory hunt through your house, LOL. Try to enjoy your day inside. Denise :0)
Loving your clock collection!!
I have soo many clocks but I just cant get enough : )
I love the way you display your treasures. I can't decide which I like best.
Oh no, Deb's gettin' hot! LOL. My poor ac needs a break I'm tellin' ya.
I love your home decor. Lil collections of stuff here and there. Cool and clever gal. I need a collection of old clocks. You're a good interior design teacher Deb.

Love your placements. Especially the Epsom salt tin! You have some beautiful treasures. I think I need to come to Canada to "find" some new stuff.
