This weeks finds... 11-03-2009

Well if I thought it was skinny picking last week, this week is even worse... but I did manage to get a few good things to work on this weekend... looks like a lot of sanding is in my cards again...

I found this at my booth... it has been gnawing at me since Sunday... I went tonight to drop off the trunk and some other stuff and there it sat just waiting for me to take it home... so I did

perfect storage... I love storage...

Small cabinet with lift top and door... I think it might be a potato bin... my niece gave it to me FREE... oh I love it when I get nice stuff free...

another freebie... this is the old trunk my niece called me about last Saturday... cleaned it up a bit and took it right to the booth...it was taking up my working space... would make a great coffee table

these are the coolest tiles... they look like copper but they appear to fiberglass with a high gloss laquer on them... I am sure I will find a use for them sooner or later... how do you like that artist canvas they are sitting on... hey I said I paint I didn't say I was a neat painter... hahaha... well I can see my weekend is going to be a busy one... I can stop searching for the time being...no more until these projects are completed...

I'm going to have to follow you! There is a store in my hometown called "Nanny Goat Antiques" that sells antiques like these that they "fix up" so they work properly and still maintain their prim charm. I haunt that store. I wish I could afford any one piece in that place!

Love that cabinet! I would even move the dog out of the kitchen to have a place to put that beauty!
